HELP! FLYING TOMORROW WITH POSITIVE COVID TONIGHT

I had tickets for my family from tlv to ewr on United booked on platinum business card. They were changed 3 times.

Now I am supposed to return tomorrow and I have covid symptoms and am positive.

Will amex cover for interuption?
