Shemita opportunity

Anyone know a place selling parcels of farm land to be mekayim shemita? I remember hearing last cycle that there are organizations that facilitate it and use it to raise funds for farmers.

How does it work for those who want to join but can only give smaller amounts? Do they get 1 ft? Or just a mitzvah of tzedaka?
