TFP has a nice app that is free.
I drain about 1/3 of the water when I winterize. Have 21ft above ground pool and bought a 24ft winter cover. Cover conforms to walls and water level. It can fill with rain/snow and I never have to remove any of it until I open the pool which should be in the next week or so.
Only on DDF does 24/6 mean 24/5/half/half

Anybody know where to get chlorine for a decent price?
Wal mart has the pool essentials chlorine in stock for 3.74 1 gallon jugs. It’s 10% Sodium Hypochlorite so that’s your best value

If you have Menards by you they have 12.5% for 3.55/gal.
Why can you get liquid but not tablets?

Resellers dont want to deal with liquid. Becomes a mess shipping so many times.
I'm not who you think I am.

From my understanding it was a pool supply/pucks factory that burnt down not a general chlorine factory. I also heard that due to COVID they over produced chlorine so there is a flood of it on the market, most of it isn’t fresh so keep eye out for older stock you don’t want that.

That makes sense on both points.

No, but that's what I've used in the past and I've been very happy with it.
