It doesn't feel like this is the general public sentiment towards israel.

What is sad about this if Israel was every in a situation where the US would need to send troops to help them out. You would then see who was their real friend.

No, presumably because they don’t want to recognize the ICC at all.

That’s how the system works. A country has to request ICC intervention. In fact, Israel’s official response claims as a defense that the referral against Israel was invalid since there is no sovereign in Gaza.

They investigate individuals but only when referred to by States. I believe 44 have been investigated and around half found guilty.
(Possibly they have more jurisdiction against member states, I don’t know)

Right. They also tried some figures from the Balkan wars and possibly some African wars. I don't think you'll see the US, Russia, UK, France, China, Germany, KSA, Iran (or any of its proxies!), etc. prosecuted at the ICC.

AOC drafted a resolution to block $700+ million in missles to Israel that was already approved by Bidens administration.

So there are other ways to see who Israel's real friends are. (Let's see how far this resolution goes)

Agree and as the president is typically better shielded from the rampant misinformation about these conflicts than the average facebook nutcase they do have a better understanding of which side it is that needs to be reigned in. Even BHO, who could never bring himself to label any muslim a terrorist, had a hard time saying Israel was in the wrong.
