The IDF says it has killed two senior Hamas leaders in a targeted strike on a building they were in.

“In a combined operation between the IDF and the Shin Bet security service about two hours ago we eliminated key operatives from Hamas’s military intelligence system,” the IDF says in a statement.

It identifies the men as Hassan Kaugi, the chief of the security department in Hamas military intelligence and his deputy, Wail Issa.

It said that Issa was the brother of Marwan Issa, the deputy commander of the Hamas military wing.

The Israeli airforce carried out a series of airstrikes early today on the Gaza Strip, destroying dozens of police and security installations, witnesses say.

...and if the results were the same that would be "proportionate". Now when you have 100 to 1 civilian casualties on one side vs the other don't come crying why the world is against one side.

They are simply better at protecting civilians? Israel thankfully has the iron dome, hamas can stop or start this at any time any response is on their hands only and yes war is not advanced enough to prevent blood spilled in protecting civilians from unprovoked attacks.
