An Arab terrorist was killed by his own bomb on Tuesday morning as he attempted to carry out a bombing attack on IDF soldiers in Chevron.

The terrorist approached the Jewish section of Chevron armed with weapons and a number of pipe bombs. When he arrived at the IDF guard post at Kikar Gross, a bomb he intended to throw at the soldiers exploded in his hands. A Givati soldier then shot and killed the terrorist.

Two soldiers, a male and a female, were shot in their legs in a violent riot by hundreds of Palestinians. One soldier is in moderate condition and the other is in light condition.

President Biden spoke with Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu today. The two leaders had a detailed discussion on the state of events in Gaza, Israel’s progress in degrading the capabilities of Hamas and other terrorist elements, and ongoing diplomatic efforts by regional governments and the United States. The President conveyed to the Prime Minister that he expected a significant de-escalation today on the path to a ceasefire.

They do that all the time. I personally know someone that was head of the International Law Department of the Military Advocate General. That department's job is to constantly create legal briefs in defense of IDF actions.

Let's put this in perspective.  Rocket and mortar attacks against Israel since 2009 show that most attacks are one to two rockets fired per attack with the most being 933 in one week during November, 2012.  Although this reference shows 3700+ rockets fired just this last week, Platinum Guys's reference shows 5913!!  In. One. Week.  PTSD to the max.  May we have רחמי שמים on Am Yisroel asap.
