Interesting that over 5 people objected to it, but nobody managed to articulate an argument against it, never mind prove it.
Firstly, even according to this anodyne version, Israel ceases to exist as a Jewish state. While not necessarily genocidal, it most certainly isn't tenable and violates the same principles of Jewish self-determinism that are being made on behalf of Palestinians.
Secondly, I posted a link to a Youtube channel with hundreds of videos with Palestinian and Muslim leaders and clergymen stating their position quite clearly: From the river to the sea means an Islamic state that is Judenrein, or with the Jews "driven into the sea" to borrow an oft-quoted phrase. Even for those without the murderous "drive them into the sea" intent, there are countless written and video pieces of people using the phrase stating clearly that Jews do not belong in such a state and they should "return where they came from", and not that Jews would be allowed in this mythical Palestinian state.
It's absolutely asinine that I'm even typing this out. It is impossible for anyone who has paid attention to this issue for more than 8 seconds to not know this.
@Dan this is what
@aygart and I were talking about. How can you possibly have a civil discussion with such blatant ridiculousness, even if it is written with proper grammar and punctuation?
