Hello,
I recently made my first car rental reservation through the Chase Travel site using some of my Ultimate Rewards points. After calling Chase and the rental car company it is apparently not possible to add my rental membership number to this reservation (which I thought would be helpful in avoiding the potential of lines and/or issues with car availability). The car rental is with Thrifty.
Any suggestions on how to overcome this obstacle? Is it worth HUCA?
