Does it use a lot of power, ie, in the sense that its worth dragging in a cable from the street lights?

I have no idea what that means. Do you live without electricity in your house?

No, but if its like a huge power 'fresser' we have like off peak for electricity too.

Then I have no idea- but I would imagine the more power - the more electricity it uses. Also plan to budget at least $700 for a decent "low budget" treadmill

Anyone could help recommending one?

Looking for a Treadmill

1. I’m pretty fat and heavyweight since I stopped going to the gym
2. Would like to finance it.
3. Foldable would be better but not a must
4. No, I don’t need new hooks
5. Price really doesn’t matter, not looking for a deal but needs to be top notch
6. I have run for 7 years straight 10 miles in gym everyday, so I know what commitment means.
7. HD screen....

Looking for a good deal on a used one. I can do Craigslist, but would rather do it here.
