How are you going to know who is fully vaccinated?

Anyone who wants to be, can be. Those who don't want to catch Covid but haven't gotten vaccinated yet can still take their own precautions. Everyone who wants to do what they want with complete disregard to Covid, already has been doing whatever they want. At this point, with almost 60% of the population over 18 at least one shot in, the pandemic part of this disease is pretty much over. It still has significant risks and concerns, but I don't believe we're still at a place where it is a threat to national health or the infrastructure, and it's time for the Federal government to let locals set their own rules.

Same way anyone keeps track on any laws. Speed limits change from one street to the next. Open/concealed carry laws vary between cities, counties, and states. Local ordinances are enforced on a local level, and awareness is the responsibility of the local lawmakers.

What I know is my young neighbor just came home from the hospital yesterday after 9 days. It was touch and go if he would have to be put on a ventilator.

What I believe is if one side is wrong not a big deal. If the other side is wrong people will die.
