Its not the 1St time its built this way, they're doing this already for years, its the 1St time something happened, CO has nothing to do with the collapse, they build the same way with a CO, its like a puzzle all you need is one lose connection to open,

There's a video going around of a chasidish looking guy and kids helping him build the bleachers.

Seems like it was complete negligence, zip tie looking wires are not the ideal way to hold up bleachers.

This isn't the first, second, third or tenth time that stolin has had a tish with a crowd this size. For the past few years, they build more complex strutruces to hold crowds  larger in size , for example Rosh Hashana.

Just likes in Meron it was straight to the blame game, same over here. From someone who is part of the chasidus and have siblings there - we aren't pointing fingers but rather reflecting on the tragedy and strengthening ourselves going into Yom Tov.

It happened literally minutes before Yom Tov, I don't know if the rebba spoke. All i do now, is that hours later (3PM our time) families were still getting calls through a Goy letting their loved ones know that they are ok.

There has been many more people than this on parenches for 40 years and BH they're built professionally

These were clearly not.

Also, lack of prior damage isn't evidence of safety. See Meron and Covid.
