Which lesson? There has been many more people than this on parenches for 40 years and BH they're built professionally with no incidents in recent years.

I only meant to say that one should not assume negligence. Accidents do happen and it is appropriate at this point to dan l'kaf zechus. If there is currently evidence showing carelessness or negligence then at this point the discussion is moot. Regardless of the teva, it would seem that Hashem is sending us more messages to do teshuva and cheshbon hanefesh. Seems unreal that just a little time has passed since Meron and another tragedy has occurred.

I failed to heed my own conscience and advice from the Meiron tragedy. I felt it best to remove my posts from this thread. They were insensitive and ill-timed, and I hope anyone who was offended accepts my apology. Good yomtov.

They were warned beforehand that the building hasn't passed inspection and that they need a permit for the event.

I just saw a video, the bleachers that fell down in the back were built with strings attaching the wood to the metal
The front bleachers were built normally

Looks like the top part was a temporary addition to the existing bleachers
