All the neighbors opened their houses and porches, and they spread mattresses everywhere. Some in the old shul, too. Even the Rebbe opened the Kabolas Kahal waiting room (part of his house) so some more can have place to sleep

Davening was in the old beis mesrdsh/street and the mikvah was closed the next morning. With that information, I would assume it was closed....
