Delta (award) cancelation policy

I made several speculative domestic award bookings for the summer on Delta, several of which I will likely want to cancel. None are BE.

Could someone please confirm that non-BE award bookings on DL made after 5/1 can still be canceled for a full refund of all points and taxes with no travel vouchers or fees? And if so, any limitations I need to be aware of?

I'm still (barely) within 24 hours since I made the bookings, so if there are any issues, please let me know ASAP so I can cancel them.

Just confirming this is still accurate for Delta awards to TLV, miles (and taxes) would be fully refundable? TIA
