People file patent lawsuits everyday. Its getting a bit out of hand. Like the guy suing because he invented the internet

+1 I'm all for patent reform. The current IP laws (that includes copyright laws) stifle innovation and help mega-corporations bully the little guy. It's a racket.

I'm all for reform: Tort reform, tax reform, IP reform etc.

Innovation would be equally stifled (if not more) without the existence of IP laws. The complication is finding the balance, which as you can surmise, proves difficult.

Swype for ICS just came out. Go to beta.swype.com to register and download! *Edit Seems to be the exact same as the old version. Updates will be automatic now I suppose.

I have one but the Y cable doesn't work to well anymore. Do these have a warranty? Good to have anyways because I never plug my phone in...

I'm sure it's under warranty, though it may be easier to just buy a new one and return the old depending on the warranty process.

then you may not have to pay at all even with no app, but I'd be very surprised to see that included in a regular plan.
