+1 I'm all for patent reform. The current IP laws (that includes copyright laws) stifle innovation and help mega-corporations bully the little guy. It's a racket.
I'm all for reform: Tort reform, tax reform, IP reform etc.
Innovation would be equally stifled (if not more) without the existence of IP laws. The complication is finding the balance, which as you can surmise, proves difficult.
