No, but the difference between your numbers and theirs is quite large. It is pretty safe to assume that you are not leading similar lifestyles. That is your prerogative and it seems you have the income to be able to, but that is not called necessity.

Just to clarify We're not talking about me, except for the tuition and housing costs, which I'm using as comparison for someone making 120.
So add 15k for savings and ira. Were left with 20-25k on all other expenses. We didnt even get to insurance..

This line hasn't been addressed. Don't kid yourself that going to work at that age is such an anomaly. However, 6 figures that quick and that young is absolutely an anomaly. Any situation where you double your salary in one negotiation is a massive anomaly.

A person should do what he loves so he enjoys what he's doing all day and then become integral to the company and proactively try to increase the bottom line of the company (putting the company and it's strategy before oneself). At that point just a hint of leaving will get you what you want... Worked for my wife too...

Prospect vines area for eg. litteraly half the new homeowners are looking to rent out their purchase. There is no market.

Forclosures are bound to follow. Then the big collapse of the construction industry etc

Take a drive through Jackson. In just the brookwood neighborhood there must be around 100 homes for sale. And that's basically a regular Lakewood neighborhood already.

Any not new houses in the older neighborhoods like raintree etc are frozen. Noone is buying.

There are a few small pockets of hysteria still like ridge (BP south), but everywhere else supply way exceeds demand.

How and why are you proposing that demand will catch up to an unlimited supply?

I'm not so involved with new construction, but judging by the sheer volume of new construction for rent, (upstairs and downstairs), and the massive developments in planning/building stages, there is also a serious problem.
