The nicest mail carrier?

My mail carrier Aaron has to be the nicest and happiest mail carrier around.

Literally never seen this guy not smiling. Always happy to pickup return packages, saving a trip to the post office.

Knows all the Jewish lingo. Always asks how everyone is doing, wishing everyone all the best and of course answering Baruch Hashem. Always is the first to wish you a Shabbat Shalom or Chag Sameach/Good Yom Tov when driving by or delivering mail.

A non-jewish Black man who has shem shamyim shagur b'piv is something I never stop marveling at! :D

He recently celebrated his 60th and our whole block put up happy birthday signs for him.

Well, do you have a nicer mail carrier? We should all be so lucky to have a job we love as much as him!

A vote for Angie who does most of the stuff in Dan’s post. She waives and smiles to everyone every time she sees you and knows the sports scores on Shabbos and Yom Tov just to be able to share with all the kids.

Oh come on, this is nothing. In 11213 there was this one time 4 years ago that the mail carrier actually attempted to deliver the package instead of just leaving the pink slip. And another time, when asking a post office employee a question they actually had the courtesy of looking at me while they cursed me out.

Apparently if you bother Amazon enough they will deprioritize USPS as your mail carrier. Which means that only if no other carrier can take it, they will give it to them, but hopefully not (ime I do not get it with them anymore, usually TBA but sometimes UPS).

Amazon suggested that for my account, due to USPS not ringing the bell and packages getting stolen.
Haven't gotten a package delivered by anything but USPS since.

My man deAndre was the best mail carrier (he got transferred elsewhere unfortunately )
He’d go back to the post office if there were packages that were supposed to come and dig them up and come back to us. My post office is probably the most dysfunctional one out there and he was a superhero for us!

i will admit that not everyone is so pleasant but my current mail man is nice and post office is also very friendly and accommodating
i have had pretty nasty mail man in the past though

My UPS guy is great! He will always ring the bell even if I don’t have any packages to let me swipe a card and he never gives me any limits! Haven’t had trouble with a signup bonus in years  ;D
