I am personally sending this email out to all the applicants whose applications I worked on for the bank account verification stage who may have not yet received their funding. (If you have already received your funding, then you may disregard this email).
I have been informed that we are currently experiencing a delay in funding, and I sincerely apologize for the inconveniences this may cause. Rest be assured, we are working diligently with the state to get all applicants funded as soon as possible. I have not been given a timeline on when the funds will be distributed, but if I do hear any updates, I will let you know.
If we find any issues with making the deposit to your account (such as incorrect routing number, incorrect account number, using a non-business checking account, etc.) we will reach out to you to resolve the issue which can cause further delay. Please use this time to review your banking information on your portal and double check that the bank name, account number, and routing number for your business checking account are correct.
