Multiple Small Charges From NYS DMV On Credit Card

I see several $7 and $15 charges on my card from NYS DMV, over 2 days. Is there any chance this is legit, and not fraud? Anyone have any idea what this can be? (I don't even live in NYS.)

Those amounts are for official driving transcript IINM. If you didnt order then call cc to report.
