After 3 business days, yes. If it makes a difference I upgraded right back to CSR after getting approved for the CSP and the change registered immediately in my account.

The change always registers immediately in account. The question is how long it takes for the internal cc application systems to recognize that.

After I downgraded, the CSR was showing along with the new FF. It only disappeared the day I applied for the CSP.

Has this happened to anyone, got the message for review called said they would have to move credit around then I was told to give 24-48 hours for the other department ,security department to approve it, 48 hours later I don't see anything? an

Still eligible. Although Chase sometimes counts AU towards 5/24 and if denied need to PUTPAC.

Applied on Monday, phone rep was ready to approve after credit line transfer but then had to transfer me to fraud department. I waited on hold for 1:45 minutes. Fraud rep asked me all the same security questions the first guy asked.
