No. Wait 4-5 days from downgrade or you'll be rejected.

I downgraded Friday and was unable to apply as of Tuesday

Downgraded CSR on the 11th, CSP application went through on the 20th. Had to call in today to move around credit to get approved. I used @Dan link to apply for the card and I plan to call my local banker to request he waive the annual fee and issue the grocery credit after I receive the card.

I havent applied for any card in many years. Thinking about getting this one. Is there any reason not to do multiple apps on one pull? If not does it have to be a chase branded card not to cause a 2nd pull or can I get the united card etc.
Which cards would you advise I get with my secondary apps? I currently have Marriott and Freedom.

I didn’t get thru thru the lending department, but after 4 days waiting over an hour, I tried calling them earlier in the day and finally got thru after an hour and 15 minutes.

untill recently on the ultimate rewards dashboard it was showing how much you have spent towards getting the bonus. on my account i dont see that, is that a sign to worry ? anyone elss yes / not seeing it ?

I dont know your personal situation and how many cards you currently have, but getting your mortgage should be the priority. Even if you lose this offer.
