Has anyone else heard how JetBlue screwed over YUHSG/ Central?
Senior class had a flight out of LGA this morning to Orlando for a day trip to Disney - a nice end to a crappy year. Girls showed up 1.5-2 hrs early for the flight yet AT THE GATE JetBlue all of a sudden couldn’t find 7 girls reservations. As such, they pulled off 80 kids and chaperones. However; the JetBlue team said different chaperones told them (JetBlue flight attendants and gate agents) to take the kids off (false) and didn’t own their actions. And when they asked the manager for help he said they showed up too late - with a large group an hour and a half - 2 hrs wasn’t enough time to get on the plane even though had no luggage.
And then they magically only “found” the reservations at 8:30am. It took them 3 and 1/2 hours. Should they have shown up at 3am to the airport?
Pissed off parent and needed to vent.
