I tried setting up a new account and downloading all my information from online (eg logging into chase, amex etc) but I cant find the option. When i went to help it said register for online access? anyone else having this

Any one know how to get Quicken for free? Or at least for cheaper then they have it on their site?  On their site they have it for $69 but if you get their credit card then it comes out to $39...any one knows anything about the quicken credit card?
