I tried BlueStacks and the apk wouldn’t install.

i remember seeing it on my account when dan posted in on Prime day but now when i hit the promotion it says im not eligeble? does that make sense or is it just cuz the time frame for spending passed?

This worked for me for my second account. Just closed and opened the app and the bell showed up.

worked for me. You don’t need to close the app ten times, just swipe out the app to make sure it’s completely closed. The issue is if you click the person icon and then say orders, then there’s no way of going back the the main menu, so if you completely close the app to point that when you click on it it shows the Amazon logo first then when you click the person icon it won’t open to the last place you were looking rather to the main menu.

I used BlueStacks (updated to the latest version) and it worked beautifully. There was no Bell but it was under "your notifications" above "settings"

I’m on more than 10 times, and also deleted and reinstalled, to no avail. Any other tips?

I have the new app with multiple account w prime. Some of them have the bell and was able to claim the coupon and others dont have the bell.... Unknown.

Any ideas how to get the coupon with apple phone?

If I have the bell in my app, and there is no message there re this offer, does that conclusively mean that I do not qualify?

Ok I have figured out how to get iOS to get the bell showing.

Click on the - three lines on the bottom right. Go to settings.

In settings click on notifications. Once in the notifications settings, Make sure every notification is checked on.

Once that is done, go ahead and click the home button if you’d like or any other button to get out of the screen.

Next: you must log out of your account. After you’re logged out, re log back in and click on person logo and you should see the bell logo.
