No maxmium AFAIK, upgrades are tricky because sales charges might code differently, I'm not sure. But (assuming you have credit allowance with t-mo) you can finance a device and then it gets billed to your account.

But can't I bill the device to my account or upgrades require a one time payment (not planning on financing)? Thanks
