if he offered to pay me 70% for 5 offers , how much do I have to pay his bill and how much am I getting from him and chase?
is it spend one time $50 on bill and get one time $50 credit or spend $100 and get $50 back?
I have the same many offers on my cards but can't figure out the exact language.  thanks

You need to do 2 payments of $50 each to trigger the offer,  so you give him $100 in verizon credit then he offered to pay you 70% then it might just be $70 back while your credit is $50 from chase your net profit for each offer is $20

Oh Thanks for this. I think I understood the math now.  so the offer from Chase is get $50 for making two payments of $50 which is $100 right? pay $100 to trigger a $50 credit. I pay $100 of someone's Verizon bill, he pays me $70. I am at loss of $30 but Chase gives me back $50. so  final profit I make is $20 per offer?
  I had one failure with Chase credit which was the sam's club plus offer. I made the requirement contacted opened case but never received the credit from Chase. all other chase offers have worked fine. I had ZERO amex offer failure with Amex cos if the system fails to trigger something, they manually credit you fast so Amex has been  100% reliable and Chase at maybe 90% reliable when it comes to chase offers.
