Nice. Previous promotions you got all 20 500 mile upgrades right away. They don't expire, but you can't use them if you're not an elite. So I have them, but can't use them. Did you guys register to the other promotion of extra EQDs and EQMs per flight? I wonder if those count towards this. If so would be pretty easy to obtain status.

Got it. I have a ton of travel on AA lined up for Oct-Dec, so hopefully this doesn't vanish. Wouldn't make sense for me to jump on the 3 month challenge right now, so here's to hoping!

Is says the last day to register. So make sure you register before.

Was targeted for Platinum Pro last March and because I did not get a chance to use it I was given another trial in Oct which expired in February.
I now received the following email.

Subject: AAdvantage update: Two ways to retain your elite status through January 2023

Hello,
As an AAdvantage® elite member, you are one of our most valued customers. We would like to offer you two opportunities to retain your current elite status through January 31, 2023.

Spend $15,000 on an AAdvantage® credit card
