Yes. Essential remote is not qualified.

Child care costs will be covered for essential staff whose income is less than 300 percent of the federal poverty level...

This is just the income of the essential worker, right? Not the household income? And how do they determine income for this? Is it something like a prior year W2?

Excludes adults over 21 not responsible for childcare (so adults children living in the household are not included).

Right, but both spouses incomes count. Not that I'm surprised or anything, but the language they use in most spots was vague enough that I wanted to investigate.

I guess its only full unemployment, but if you are employed part time (In NYS up to 29 hours) you are eligible for the scholarship AND for partial unemployment
