Does not say both parents must be working.

And it states that unemployment benefits are counted towards income, so that means that you can be unemployed.

Fair market value. They have a chart for it. Depends on location and age.

Either one, as long as it shows your full gross income.

Not sure about the first- possible that if one parent is a student or job seeker they household is eligible, but so far OCFS has not confirmed when I asked again. Will update once I know more.

I did receive confirmation that partial unemployment is acceptable, and does count toward income, excluding the $300 bonus.

You can upload a weekly pay stub also. nobody is reviewing it in order to get approval (actually you can upload a copy of yesterdays newspaper also)

More detailed than the original essential worker list? That has a lot of detail.
You can apply and see the choices on the application.

I’m trying to understand this. If someone owns/works in a store that was considered non-essential & was forced to be closed during the pandemic, they can still qualify for this essential worker scholarship ?

If my income was eligible for the grant in 2020, however in 2021 it will be more than the threshold, am I considered eligible?
