I just did the application.
they didnt ask if the second parent worked, but they did ask if the other can take care of the child while you work.

There is an option to do all changes. If it doesn't like change date of birth, just press, and to the new information, and then delete the old one

They plan on continuously adding funds to this program. 25MM was the initial allocation.

It has nothing to do with vouchers which is managed by the city to this program which is managed by the state
