I don't agree with the opposition. The land should be sold to the highest bidder and hopefully they will include a nice memorial there. But to dedicate the entire site to a memorial will mean that the people who lost their family members and apartments will end up with nearly nothing. Better that they should get compensated properly.
Says in the article they want the government to pay for the land and make it a memorial.
