To be able to go back?
I think it's more of a technical thing. The annoying thing is they usually make it hard to delete.

Not hard at all to delete, Disk Cleanup does it for you. But it's good to keep for a while to be able to easily go back if needed.

I don't see any good reason to upgrade, it looks like the pictures, if you want that look go for it.
The main reason to update is so that you are up-to-date, and this is actually a good enough reason to do it!

If you remain outdated, when you'll want to update at some point (should it be because of new functionality, or because of compatibility issues) it's gonna be a pain (if possible at all.) Now it's a smooth simple update (not much different from the Semi-Annual Windows 10 version upgrades.

Besides the point that it does have quite a number of minor but great functionality improvements, even things like the Settings layout and the breadcrumbs (where it shows on top what's the path in Settings to get here.)

True, long term definitely upgrade. I don't think the ease of upgrading will change much, and hopefully they'll fix the few issues that still exists.

Thanks always good to learn something new, although in my version of windows 11, disk cleanup seems to be glitchy.

WHY?????

I think that the folder will self-delete in 10 days. At least that is what happened for upgrades to windows 10.

Do you know of any specific issues?
I'm sure I will upgrade eventually, just wondering if I should rush into it or not.
Workflowy. You won't know what you're missing until you try it.

There are always issues with software.

My computer is definitely not as snappy these days, a clean install may be helpful.

According to a sign up from Talk-n-tech, Windows 11 is expected to roll out an Amazon app store at some point, which will allow users to use Android apps on their PC.

The Talk-n-tech (an organization that helps with filtering) sign says that it may be a great way to allow people to use needed apps on their computer without a smartphone, but as of yet filter companies have not figured out how to filter such a thing yet so they would have to initially block the entire store, but they plan to work out the kinks and eventually have it available as a viable alternative to smartphone apps.
