I bought my 12 year old daughter a ticket: TLV-IST-IAH after confirming that she can fly unaccompanied and seeing it on the website. I called to check again and now was told that the policy was changed. Then I spoke to another agent, and they said there is no issue if she is 12. Any idea how this can be confirmed? Am preparing a notarized letter to get through customs in the USA, but from what I understand it's not required. Appreciate any input on both minors flying on Turkish as well as passing Border control in the USA.
