Not if you already used some of the airline credit that year. (I had to fight once with a rep to switch its getting harder to change..)

How come I only got 1 cent each when booking flight on amex travel portal with Platinum card's points?

Also, they have a terrible rate for hotel bookings. Why is this so?

I just had this today, was on the phone for 45 min, it’s simple if it’s a economy ticket it has to be your designated airline from your $200 credit, anyways comes in rebate style after….
