I purchased an item that was delivered 2 days later. Dell only billed a few weeks later and showed the item in transit all that while. The new 6 month period started and my credit went to 2nd half of year, not allowing me to get 200 for first half of year. I called Dell and Amex to complain and.... no one cares!
