Wow, I bombarded them with complaints over the past several weeks after a round trip EWR-LHR in business class, through their website, by email, and over the phone. Looks like it helped at the end.

Guys, let's do it. Why are there only 5 comments on DDF and DDMS saying that they sent emails? There should be at least a few hundred. Let's go.

Thanks for reminding me. I flew LHR-EWR in December, just sent off another complaint specifically for that trip. Hopefully can at least get some points out of it....

I complained for the lack of kosher meals and got two $100 united vouchers.

I called to complain and the rep said that due to COVID it is unsafe to accommodate special meal request meals as it requires more interaction between people.

I then inquired about how reckless United is acting by adding these meals on some routes and potentially killing people through unsafe practices...

The rep did not have a prewritten script to answer that follow up question! #covidBS

On my recent UA flight EWR-TLV I noticed that there were small bottles of wine being served in Premium Economy. When asking if they have Kosher wine, I was told "no, looks like they forgot it".
However, a short while later, the FA returned with a bottle of Kosher wine from Business and poured me some...

I reached out to UA and received the following:

There is no plan to discontinue kosher wine on our flights that offer a kosher meal.

I'm sorry the wine was not available on your July 1 flight to Tel Aviv.

AFAIK, kosher wine is only in UA J on TLV flights.

I thought so too, but was served to my colleague last month in Premium Y both on TLV-ORD (small Yarden bottle) and return from EWR, large bottle (mevushal)
