For NY Sports fans, today is Bobby Bonilla Day* - where bobby gets one of his 25 $1.19 payments from the mets. As a promotional gag, Mint Mobile is offering a special "Bobby Bonilla" Plan
Unlimited Data (with a throttle after 4gb), text and talk for $100 a year for
25 years!.
Pay $2500 today, and have service through 2046!
Based on the T&Cs I think that this is a gag that they don't expect anyone to take them up on, and it's kind of funny. The deal represents about a 50% discount from their regular $15 plan with the same features.

For those who don't know, Bobby Bonilla was playing for the mets in 1999, but not living up to his contract. So the mets released him. The mets at the time owed him nearly 6 million dollars. They cut a deal with him - defer payment for 12 years, and then get paid 1.2m /year for 25 years. At the time, the mets owners were heavily invested with Bernie Madoff, and felt that if they invest the $6m with madoff they would more than double the money they would ultimately pay out to Bobby Bo. Of course, history didn't quite work out that way for them.
