I mentioned a Kinus Anash to some of the powers that be when I gave a seminar at the Kinus Hashluchim. They had negative interest in the idea. Though they had more interest in my other idea about getting corporate sponsors and naming rights for the kinus hashluchim.

Next time you see them, you can propose this:

After I have seen open miracles I’ve been steady for a long time.

Care to share? (if it's not of private nature)

FWIW, one of the best shluchim in town is the son of an ex-Satmar, who still wears Satmar levush :)
Don't tell me the son is also still wearing it.

I also recall that it is only the first generation, but didn't seem so from Dan's post.

Eta. I think I saw him with his son in Lubavitch garb, but maybe it was his eidem.

I was in yeshiva with a bunch of 2nd gens, and most still had the levush then. A lot of them dropped it as they got older.

No, the father does.
The kids change levush when they get married.

Back on topic.
There are a few initiatives in this direction, but there definitely is a need for even more.
As mentioned, Aliya,
vaad or vechom hahiskashrus kind of went in this direction,
Tutaltz.com as well.
Yeshivos are popping up that are more focused on this.

Granted, the current state of things leaves it mostly to the mercy of local leadership.
Something central definitely would help, but ultimately to have peulah nimsheches, there would need to also be a synergy with local leadership.

Ultimately, I think this is the type of thing that could make solid headway with serious brainstorming, as well as tactical and strategic partnerships.
Meaning this is the type of thing that armchair "whatever's" can actually do something about

Suggestions for who could potentially run an organization for this?

The issue is that people who are qualified already have their niche carved out for them. Many were mentioned upthread, and there are others.

Hopefully someone talented has the time to take on another project. I'd be happy to help fund/fundraise with goals in mind.

It would probably help (well at least for me) if you spelled out what your specific goals are and who exactly your target audience is.

Not coming up with anything at the moment, but echoing what @whYME said, I think having the ball rolling with ideas and goal is an important start, it gives more definition of who you are looking for and what to approach them with

@Dan, In regards to actually getting a Kinus Anash to happen:

You may be trying for something too big and possibly not even accomplish your goal.

A CLE/DTW Kinus retreat will probably be much more effective.

Happy to share my experience with kinnusim offline.

But in all seriousness, the community in CLE is now too fractured to pull that off :'(
