There are a few initiatives in this direction, but there definitely is a need for even more.
As mentioned, Aliya,
vaad or vechom hahiskashrus kind of went in this direction,
Tutaltz.com as well.
Yeshivos are popping up that are more focused on this.
Granted, the current state of things leaves it mostly to the mercy of local leadership.
Something central definitely would help, but ultimately to have peulah nimsheches, there would need to also be a synergy with local leadership.
Ultimately, I think this is the type of thing that could make solid headway with serious brainstorming, as well as tactical and strategic partnerships.
Meaning this is the type of thing that armchair "whatever's" can actually do something about
