I mentioned it to some of the powers that be when I gave a seminar at the Kinus Hashluchim. They had negative interest in the idea. Though they had more interest in my other idea about getting corporate sponsors and naming rights for the kinus hashluchim.

I've long said there ought to be a Kinnus Anash to stay in touch and strengthen hiskashrus, but Chabad cares about shluchim and outreach more than inreach.

Are they different everywhere or just in SoFlo/SoCal?

Look at pics from the Chabad websites. It's definitely not just a CA/FL thing.

Same is true in at least some relatively-mainstream CH schools.

Always open to leads. I just don't know anyone other than Reb Moshe K, who was my mesadar kedushin, and his sons.

These are elements of Chabad inreach, but they’re isolated bubbles and not necessarily a part of the tapestry.

Also, Tzivos Hashem does amazing inreach work, but they go 100 > 0 once elementary school is over. It isn’t their mandate, but there isn’t something as broad, comprehensive, and well-funded as their offering for Chabad teenagers.

Start with those whose focus is inreach (Aliya et al), as well as those who bridge the gap and are generally respected by all (Rabbi Motti Lipskier comes to mind).

After the COTS saga, one "mashpiah" stepped up with ACTION to help strengthen the community. I believe he would be a terrific leader to get involved with such a project. Probably best to move this to DM
