Has anyone here activated the New timeline on their FB profile? im hearing from people only negative, and from what ive seen on friends pages that have it, it looks quite interesting. i havent tried it yet. i dont know if its possible to go back to original once uve switched.
but then on the other hand since everyone will be forced into it eventually, im probably might a well.

Dont believe you can switch back once you activate it, but it will automatically activate sooner then later.

I personally really like it.

Everyone was against the news feed when it came out too. People just don't like change. Overall, the timeline is really not so much different than the existing Facebook wall.

Just found an old friend on FB yesterday, and his main FB page was strange looking -- now I understand why!

To me the new "timeline" is heading in the direction of Myspace, IMHO the reason that most people switched away from Myspace to Facebook was because of Facebook's clean and organized look, the new "timeline" is very messy and dizzying, its alot of information in your face.

Personally when I go to a friends page who has timeline enabled I dont spend to much time there because there is too much going on.

This is a major downgrade. It would be the equivalent of Google changing their homepage to the old (or even current) Yahoo style homepage. People like clean and organized pages.

was forced into the new look today...and its going to publish automatically on the 27th if i dont publish it now
