Is this considered discussion of shopping portals?

As an example, someone asked his Rav - I heard that if someone is depressed they can listen to music during the 3 weeks. I'm not sure if I'm depressed -  can I listen? The answer was - if you're not sure if you're depressed, YOU ARE DEPRESSED! Go listen to music.Point is, if you're not sure if you can or can not accept this help, you likely need it - the askanim arranging it WANT you to enjoy it.

interesting. My AmEx blue cash preferred had $99 back on $99 for Motley Fool a few months ago. Seems like Motley Fool is trying to use these offers to generate subscription income for those who forget to cancel

Are the 10,000 points in addition to what one would get for spend, or is it just rounded up to 10,000?
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

Certain offers are just not worth the hassle. Especially if it might not track correctly. I will pass on this one
