My CSR had it for 6700 points. It was reported on CSP for 8000 points. My Freedom had it for 10000 points.

It seems that since CSR cashes out at 1.5 hence they are offering only 6700, CSP cashes out at 1.25 so 8000 points, Freedom cashes out at 1 so they are offering 10000. They aren't figuring you can transfer the points between cards and make money.
