Saw in the comments on DoC that some got it on the Hilton card. Based on that I wouldn't be surprised if it's available on the Surpass too if it's on the no-AF card and the Aspire.

Yes, But you can use the credit once so doing a lower offer wont change anything with the amex offer on the gold card

Yeah I have the gold offer and I also have the Plat card so I have that option too. Trying to decide the best way to play this. I am thinking doing myself ($119) + SO ($50) through UA portal for a total of $169 on my Plat card. Reason for choosing the Plat card is that I've heard the $119 and $50 charges post separately so that wouldn't work for the Gold card offer.

Then I guess I can either sell or perhaps give away the Gold card credit to a family member.
