$50 finders fee - self administered Covid test to be shipped to Italy

I will pay $50 to whoever can find a self administered Covid test with telemedicine that the US will accept for arriving passengers, and can be shipped from within the EU so it won't get held up by customs. Need it to arrive by July 26, ideally 25th. Price doesn't matter.

This is from England?  Not sure if it meets all criteria, but this might work.

Also, some airports have tests.

It looks to me like the Abbott self-test has to be purchased in the US, but since you say money is no object, you can ask someone here to buy it and bring it to you.

IMHO if it’s hard to get in the EU probably simpler to find someone traveling from the Us to bring along
