The better question is, can you return your rental and take out a new rental?
Leaving out returning it at the airport, assuming in that scenario you're going to have to pay a fee for returning it at different location.
Now the real question is are you entitled to take out a rental car from anywhere as long as your car is being repaired in the shop? In your case you're going on vacation or for business in Florida, are you entitled to take out a rental there and having Geico pay out for the rental?
