To receive the incentive, you must agree to auto renewal of your Costco membership
on a Visa® card at the time of sign-up. If you elect not to sign up for auto renewal, incentive will not be issued. To receive the new member incentive use the single-use promo code on the following page when entering your payment information. (Note: You will see a $0.01 deduction on your membership cost after the promo code is entered. This indicates that your promo code has been accepted and you will receive the promotion incentive.)
Costco is not liable for invalid address entry during sign-up. Promotional Costco Shop Card incentive will be mailed 4 to 6 weeks after sign-up; it will be mailed to the address provided by the member. $40 off any order of $250+ on Costco.com will be emailed to the email address on file. Coupon restrictions apply. Limit one promotion per household. Valid for new memberships only. To qualify as a new member, an existing Costco membership must be expired at least 18 months or more. Not valid for renewal of an existing Costco membership or an upgrade of an existing membership to an Executive Membership. Nontransferable and may not be combined with any other promotion. A Costco membership is $60 a year. An Executive Membership is an additional $60 upgrade fee a year. Each membership includes one free Household Card. May be subject to sales tax.
