Computer problem. Need help

Hi, My Computer is currently having problems. When I install 2 sticks of Ram at the same time when booting, the computer is still running but the screen is not displayed. But when using 1 tree, it works normally. I have tried each plant in turn, the machine works normally.
I am confused by this problem. Any help? Thanks!
