Non-Prime Members: Free Shipping for 24hrs after Qualifying Purchase

After I made an order that qualified for free shipping, the next time I looked at an item I got the following message:
Your recent order earned you FREE delivery on items shipped by Amazon. Order within 23 hrs and 43 mins

This happened twice recently, so I assume it's a new feature, not a random one-off deal.

Interesting. I assume that they are trying to get you to make a purchase and they'll be able to ship it together with your previous order.
