I have an old Amex Blue card with a bunch of points I'd like to transfer to Hilton Honors. Problem is that I get an error when trying to transfer (it won't show me any transfer options). When I called customer support, they said they'd do it for me but they get the error too. They say the card is old and was issued when point transfers weren't possible, so I can't transfer points.
Any ideas of how to do this?
