You're right, he's a scumbag and has said loads of inexcusable antisemitic things, including this. But the comparison to the likes of Omar is not fitting, IMHO. Looking at his comments in the context of his track record of policy and viewpoints, his antisemitic comments do not pose so much danger to Jews in comparison to Omar and her ilk whose comments are in context of pushing policies and ideologies that are harmful to Jews.
Lets get something straight. Because you mention more than one person/thing or anything else does not automatically make it a comparison. I didn't compare anything. This is something Omar would say was the point.
